The polished photos and glowing reviews online are completely misleading — after staying here, I genuinely believe many of those reviews are fake. We had paid 90% of the total amount upfront, including a per-plate lunch and dinner system for all 16 of us. On the last day, none of us took lunch or dinner, yet the property bluntly refused to refund anything. This is not just unprofessional — it is unethical. I booked 8 rooms, but upon arrival they handed over only 6 rooms. Even with advance payment, they failed to provide what was promised. The staff had no clarity, no system, and no sense of responsibility toward guests. The service was shockingly poor. The staff appeared confused and untrained, showing zero hospitality. Basic coordination was missing, and simple requests turned into long, frustrating conversations. The property condition was even worse: • Rooms stank of cigarette smoke — clearly unclean. • Walls were marked, dirty, and the ceiling had visible damage. • Water issues persisted throughout the stay. • Not a single housekeeping visit — no cleaning, no assistance. • Staff repeatedly entered our space without permission, ignoring basic guest privacy. What should have been a special family stay turned into constant stress and disappointment. Nothing about this property matches its online claims or commitments. This place is misleading, poorly managed, unhygienic, and absolutely unreliable. It is not suitable for weddings, events, or even a basic overnight stay. My clear and strong recommendation: Avoid this property at all costs. There are far better and more trustworthy options."

"We arranged our Haldi & Mehendi function here and stayed for 2 days, and the experience was wonderful. Special thanks to Mr. Himadri sir for arranging everything so well. The arrangements were beautiful, well-managed, and very smooth. Food was also delicious. The staff was supportive, polite, and always available. Our stay was comfortable and pleasant. My real experience was shocking. I had already paid half the amount and informed the staff I would clear the rest before checkout because I was tied up with wedding functions. Still, when my groom and I returned at 4 AM, exhausted from the ceremony, they refused to open the gate. They made us stand outside for over 30 minutes, demanding the pending payment immediately. Absolutely no basic decency or professionalism. The disrespect didn’t stop there — the staff even abused my family, which is beyond unacceptable. And the biggest red flag? When I asked them to show me my room, they said: “Ma’am, look for your room yourself. We don’t know where your guests are staying.” How does a hotel not know who is in which room? Even after paying, they gave my room to another family without informing us. The chaos, the lack of management — unbelievable. The property conditions were equally horrible: Rooms smelled like cigarettes; clearly no cleaning was done. Walls were dirty, stained, and the ceiling had damage. Water issues throughout the stay — no staff support. No housekeeping; no one came to clean or assist. Staff kept entering our personal space without permission. Some staff were even taking photos without asking — a major privacy violation. On top of that, they added charges for 22 plates of food for the next day, even though everyone had already left. When questioned, they bluntly said: “We will charge this only — we can even add more.” And the food they served? Third grade, absolutely not worth the money. This place turned a special moment into stress and frustration. Nothing here matches their online claims — because those claims are clearly misleading. Please avoid this property at all costs. It is unprofessional, unhygienic, disrespectful, and completely unreliable. Definitely not suitable for weddings, events, or even a simple overnight stay."
